Too Old to Ride? She Proved Them Wrong
At 74, she decided to learn something new. Today, at 82, she rides a bike, drives a tractor and shares her adventures on social media!
Sukhma’s journey began when a joke turned into a secret learning adventure between her and a family member. Away from the rest of the family, they practised together until she finally learnt to ride. Eight years later, she’s doing much more than riding a bike. She drives a tractor and runs her own social media page, sharing reels of herself riding.
She didn’t learn because she had to. She learnt because she wanted to.
Sukhma’s story reminds us that curiosity has no expiry date, and age doesn’t have to stop us from trying something we’ve always wanted to do.
