Women Who Move The Sky | Navi Mumbai International Airport
Firefighting. Security. Terminal management. Cargo operations.
At Navi Mumbai International Airport, women lead it all.
Not because the airport set out to make a statement. It just hired the best people for the job.
And some of the best people happened to be women.
The women at NMIA don’t ask if the sky is theirs.
They just walk onto the runway. Strap on their helmets. Check their radios. And get to work.
Every day. Every shift.
And that’s why, somewhere along the way, the airport stopped being just a place of transit. It became a place of transformation.
One job. One flight. One moment of pride at a time.
This is #UdaanKiShaan — women quietly, confidently, claiming their space.
