This Skill Hub is Helping Tribal Girls Rewrite Their Future
In a remote tribal belt where most girls were told to stay home, they’re now building skyscrapers — literally.
At L&T’s Skill Hub in Badampahar, set up with SLS Trust, young tribal women are learning masonry, welding, even solar panel installation — and getting placed on real job sites across the country. All while living and training for free.
Watch how this centre is helping them step out, skill up, and rewrite what’s possible.
In partnership with L&T
