For Luke Sydney, it took a job, frequent video searches about his home Mangaluru and the grave revelation that YouTube offered a completely contrasting idea of the city than what he remembered and felt.
Sydney worked in an advertising agency in Mumbai. He tried searching for videos about Mangaluru whenever he felt homesick but was completely disappointed at the kind of videos he was offered.
He decided to change the digital image of Mangaluru by shooting a short film about every beautiful thing that formed the essence of the city in just four minutes.
